A. System

1. Hard- and Software is provided by ZoechlingNet.
2. ZoechlingNet is not responsible for contents, those are completely in the hands of the community operator.
3. Attacks, hacking, security holes:
   Hacking attacks, service attacks (e.g. DOS), searching for security holes in the system is strictly prohibited and log files will be handed out to public authorities.
   Known security holes are to be reported (here).
4. Only single, natural, real persons are allowed to register with the system. Only 1 (one) account is allowed per person and community (excluding administrative purposes). An account is only to be used by its respective owner. Access data for the account is to be kept confidential.
5. Specifying wrong data or faking actually incorrect personal data is not allowed.
6. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Vienna/Austria court of law.
7. Changes to these user policies can be made at any time without notification to users and is accepted silently with its publication on the web pages by all registered members.
8. With transmitting your data, you accept that this data is saved electronically.
9. The severability clause applies to this policies.
10. The German version of those policies (the system part as seen e.g. on ZoechlingNet) is normative, the translation is only available for convenience of users in other languages.

B. Community "fynf.at"

REGELN / ZIELGRUPPE / ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN:

fynf.at ist eine Community - bzw. eine Art Wohlfühlcommunity. Wir wenden uns an all die jenigen, die gerne neue Leute kennenlernen möchten, die gerne online plaudern, aber auch gerne auf Event's gehen....

UM BEI FYNF.at MEMBER ZU SEIN MUSST DU MINDESTENS 14 JAHRE JUNG SEIN!

Verboten sind (sowohl in den Profilen, im Chat, Forum als auch in den Usermails):

• Pornographie oder sonstigen strafrechtlich relevante Inhalte (Kinderpornographie, Sodomie, Rassismus,... in diesem Fall behalten wir uns Strafanzeige vor).
• Rassismus oder Gewaltverherrlichung jeglicher Art, Beleidigungen oder Drohungen
• Jede Art von Prostitution
• Absichtliche Irreführung hinsichtlich des Geschlechts
• Werbung jeglicher Art
  (Werbung für Sexseiten, Profile von Sexhotline- Angestellten, Verkaufsprofile aller Art, Werbung für andere Communities, Singleseiten, Singleparties,...)

Zudem sind unerwünscht:

• Profile, in denen Telefonnummern und kommerzielle Homepagelinks angegeben werden.
• Profile in denen kostenpflichtige Erotikhotline-Telefonkontaktnummern angeben werden.
• Die Verwendung von Fotos, die hinsichtlich der Identität des Users irreführend sind.
• Die Verwendung von Fotos, auf denen Geschlechtsteile dargestellt sind.
• Die Belästigung andere Teilnehmer per Mail oder im Chat.
• Der Betreiber behält sich vor, jedes Profil ohne Angabe von Gründen zu löschen.
• Jeder Verstoss gegen die Regeln führt zu einer umgehenden Löschung Deines Profils.
• Handlungen die gegen das Gesetz verstoßen werden zur Anzeige gebracht.

DATENSCHUTZ:

Die Daten der User, welche bei der Registrierung bekannt gegeben werden (kompletter Name, Geburtsdaten, IP, Telefonnummer,..) werden NICHT an dritte weitergegeben.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Profile auch OHNE VORWARNUNG zu löschen!!!
